How do I place an order?
For instant download items, simply add them to cart and check out.
For personalized items, remember to fill in the required information before adding the item to cart.

How will I receive my order?
For instant downloads, once your payment has been processed, you will receive an email containing a link to download your purchased items.
In the event that you did not receive the email, please contact us or drop us an email at [email protected] with your order number in the subject title.
For personalized DIY printables, once your payment has been processed, we will send you the printable file within 1-2 working days.

Do you provide printing services?
Printing services are subject to availability and are only provided locally in Singapore. Please drop us an email at [email protected] or contact us via the contact form

Do you accept custom requests?
Custom requests are accepted on a case by case basis, depending on conditions such as high volume periods and complexity of request.

What currency are your prices in?
Our local currency is SGD(Singapore dollar). Using the currency converter located above the shopping cart(top right of page), you will also be able to convert all prices to U.S. dollars.
For international orders, the price that you see upon checkout via Paypal is usually converted to your country’s currency.
Eg. SGD7 = USD5.12
If, however, you see that you are charged $7, that would be SGD7, and you would still be charged the equivalant in your country’s currency, and not more.
Currency converted prices are based on everyday exchange rates and we cannot control them.

What are your payment modes?
Payment is made via local bank transfer or Paypal.
You do not need a Paypal account in order to pay via Paypal.
Paypal allows you to pay using your credit card, without having to create a Paypal account.

How will I receive my order?
Once your payment has been processed, an email containing a link to download your purchased items will be sent to you within an hour.

What is the format of your graphics?
All graphics are exported individually as high resolution .png files, and have transparent backgrounds.
Some clipart sets include background images. These background images are exported as .jpg files.
The graphics for each clipart set are compressed into a .zip file. You will need to know how to extract the files to your computer.
This is done simply by right clicking on the .zip file and then clicking on ‘Extract All’ to extract the files onto your desktop or another folder.

Are the graphics editable?
All our graphics are resizable, but not editable.

What programs do I need to use for .png and .jpg files?
You can use any program that allows you to import .png or .jpg files. Examples of common programs used are Microsoft Word, Illustrator, Photoshop, Paint.

Are your graphics for commercial use?
Graphics may be used in small/home businesses for up to 100 printed creations with credit given to Doodle Bee Studios via our website link.

What is the difference between personal use and commercial use?
Personal use means use of graphics without profit gains.
Commercial use means incorporating the graphics into creations that would be sold for a profit.

How do I credit your graphics in my products?

Shipping and Turnaround Time

What is your turnaround time?
For personalized items, a proof/your file will be sent to you within 1-2 working days once payment has been processed.
For instant downloads, an email containing a download link to your product will be sent to you within an hour(mostly instantly) once payment has been processed.

How long does shipping take?
We aim to mail out all orders within 2 working days upon approval of proof or receipt of payment, whichever is applicable.
For all local orders, please allow 2-3 working days for standard delivery.
If an urgent delivery is required, please contact us.
If for any reason we are unable to send out your order within the standard timeframe, we will contact you to inform you of any difficulties and offer you alternatives, amendment to your order or a cancellation.

Do you ship internationally?
We ship our printable DIY items worldwide via email. For printed items, we only ship locally.
